Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be new, unworn, and unused.
* Original box, tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
* Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Final Sale items
* Gift cards
* Used or damaged merchandise
* Products returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
